April is responsible for originating and structuring loans for the following products: Fix & Flip, Ground-up, Stabilized SFR Portfolios, and Multifamily Bridge loans, business loans.. April has been a licensed Mortgage loan originator for several years. Previously a licensed Real estate agent.
April decided to join Lioness funding to help Investors find the financing needed to complete their projects. April has closed Millions in loans through third party originators, mortgage brokers, and borrowers.
Prior to Lioness Funding ,April worked at Jack Christenson Commercial Real Estate and Rocket Mortgage.
